Return Policy for KIRRUNA – Shoes, Clothing, and Accessories

At KIRRUNA, we have updated our return policy, stating that return costs are to be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect.

  1. Return Period:
    a. We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date for an exchange only. After this period, we cannot process returns. We do not accept returns on items that were sold in sale.

  2. Eligibility for Exchanges:
    a. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. They must also be in their original packaging with all original tags and labels intact.
    b. Once the original tags are removed, we cannot accept the return of the item.

  1. Exchange Process:
    a. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day return period to initiate the exchange process.
    b. You will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect.

  2. Return Cost Responsibility:
    a. Any return shipping costs, unless due to a product defect, will be the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Non-Exchangeable Items:
    a. Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including but not limited to:
    – Items without their original packaging or with tags removed.
    – Items that are not in their original condition.
    – Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

  4. Defective or Incorrect Items:
    a. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a voucher for future purchases.

  5. Changes to Return Policy:
    a. We reserve the right to update our return policy without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

  6. Policy for Non-Delivery:
    If a package cannot be delivered to the specified address:
    a. Our courier will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
    b. If delivery fails multiple times, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A refund for the products will then be processed, excluding shipping costs.

  7. Return Costs:
    Return costs will be calculated at the time of the return, based on the current prices and situation. KIRRUNA will do its best to maintain competitive rates.

In the event of a conflict between translations, the Dutch version of all texts and documents shall prevail. This return policy is effective from 15/12/2024 and may be updated at the discretion of KIRRUNA. For any inquiries, feel free to contact our customer service team.
