Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law and must be interpreted accordingly. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the place of residence or domicile of the seller. KIRRUNA is a trade name of Tucuman BV, located at Bleukenweg 108, 1785 Merchtem, registered with the CBE under number 0454057592.
Returns
You may return the product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, keeping the label and with all the accessories. If the product is not returned in perfect condition, KIRRUNA will not accept its return, and the customer will have to schedule a pick-up at their own expense.
Customers have 14 days to inspect the product for defects (such as stains or tears) or to verify if it is the correct size or model. Returns are accepted only if the items are in perfect condition with all original labels attached and have not been used.
Orders placed on the KIRRUNA website cannot be returned to any physical stores.
Products
Products listed on the website are for personal use only. Customers may not sell or resell them. KIRRUNA reserves the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of products delivered if it believes that orders breach these Terms and Conditions.
KIRRUNA has taken steps to display product colors as accurately as possible, but variations may occur depending on the screen quality of the customer’s device. KIRRUNA is not responsible for these variations.
General provisions
KIRRUNA is the trade name of the company, which regulates the access and use of the website (www.kirruna.com). By visiting the website or using its services, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Customers must be at least 18 years old, or if they are minors, be duly authorized by a legal guardian.
Placement of orders
Customers must follow the instructions displayed on the website to complete the purchase process. Orders will be confirmed via an email summarizing the purchase details, including prices, payment methods, shipping costs, and any applicable rights.
If an order does not meet certain conditions, such as lacking sufficient creditworthiness, being incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are unavailable, the order may not be processed. In such cases, customers will be notified via email, explaining that the purchase was not completed and specifying the reasons. All product orders depend on availability, and if there are supply issues or items are out of stock, information about substitute products of equal or higher quality may be offered to the customer. If the substitutes are not desired, any payments made will be refunded.
The company reserves the right to reject any order, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased by an individual, household, or order. These restrictions can apply to orders associated with the same customer account, payment method, or billing/shipping address. If an order is changed or canceled, an attempt will be made to notify the customer through the provided email, billing address, or phone number. Additionally, the right to limit or refuse orders suspected to be made by resellers or distributors is also reserved.
KIRRUNA assumes no responsibility when the delivery of orders is not carried out as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate, or incomplete as well as for reasons attributable to the user.
Under no circumstances will KIRRUNA be held responsible for customs costs or any possible retention by customs. Shipments to destinations requiring customs procedures may need additional days to arrive and may be subject to additional costs.
Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
For reasons beyond KIRRUNA's control, pre-order orders may be subject to delivery delays. KIRRUNA is not responsible for these delays caused by third parties.
Codes, gift cards, discounts and other promotions
To use a discount code, customers should enter it in the designated "promotional code" field during the checkout process on the website, ensuring that the code is typed exactly as shown, since it is case-sensitive. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Discount codes cannot be used together with other offers, promotional items, or discounts, and are not valid for items already on sale.
Codes, gift cards, and other promotional offers are exclusively available for use on the website and cannot be redeemed in physical stores.
Returns due to defective products
If customers receive a defective product, they should contact customer service immediately. KIRRUNA will handle returns for defects at no additional cost to the customer.
Payment options
Payments must be made at the time of placing the order using accepted payment methods, which include credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). KIRRUNA uses secure payment systems to ensure the safety of payment transactions.
Data protection
KIRRUNA complies with all regulations regarding the protection of personal data and will adopt necessary measures to prevent unauthorized processing of the personal data provided. Customers can exercise their rights to access, correct, or delete their data as per the privacy policy.
Language
In the event of a conflict between translations, the Dutch version of all texts and documents shall prevail.
Intellectual or industrial property
The intellectual property rights of the KIRRUNA website and all its products, including design and content, belong exclusively to KIRRUNA.
Pricing
All product prices on the website include VAT and are listed in Euros. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the delivery location.
